Our story, we’re both 50 and fit. I run regularly, usually no less than 4 miles. My wife is a regular visitor to the gym, attending classes and workouts. We’d both been putting on weight and couldn’t work out what was happening apart from age to our bodies. We’d attempted most of the normal stuff like low carb and so on. Then we just continued to watch all these videos from other people about we know the secret. Then after spending our time for around 20 or 30 minutes there would be something to buy at the end. We nearly both signed up for heaps of things but didn’t. And then I was watching the Bobby Parrish videos where he is telling you what to purchase and what’s rotten and why it’s rotten. I was thinking this guy is crazy, all I can’t have to eat per him is anything that’s good. But then he told me that I have a free app, the Bobby Approved app. We downloaded it and then we watched him make one of his Pad Thai dishes in one pan. We went ahead and tried it. We must have hit 4 different grocery stores looking for the ingredients. And yes, these are slightly more expensive than the dirty ones. But, how much is your health worth? Then, after obtaining all ingredients we tried out his recipe from his video.
It was awesome. Then I also ordered Dr. Livingood’s “Make Food Simple” free you pay for shipping. We spent every day at some of the grocery stores, buying clean ingredients for the recipes. Food was delicious. We were amazed. We kept asking ourselves, is this healthy eating? On Bobby Parrish’s website: flavcity.com he also has recipes. From all the books we were eating chicken wings with sour cream and avocado dip, Smothered chicken, enchiladas, tacos. Pad Thai, Meat loaf, Chicken alfredo and we were making our own deserts and snacks. It is tremendous, I started loosing weight and my wife no longer had stomach issues. After almost 3 months of eating food in this manner my biometrics test for blood pressure revealed that I was normal. What, wait. My junk food is potato chips but clean potato chips. Potatoes, sea salt and fried in avocado oil. Let’s see, we have popcorn almost every night. We started sharing with friends but it was becoming mundane and instead of attempting to teach one at a time, we figured we would just make a website. Let us hope we can develop a community who will help each other find the clean foods. We are in the greater Charlotte area of North Carolina, so we only know what our localized grocery stores are. We desire the public to use the app, scan the foods, tell us where they purchased it and if they managed to get a deal like buy one get on 1 and finally if they have some recipes to share. We’re going to be posting videos of our favorites and the idea is to show you the exact product and the bar codes on the products so that you can scan them as well. What we discovered is Bobby updates his app all the time and some of the foods will fall off the approved list. One was a marinara sauce, he said it was his favorite and they altered the ingredients and now it is no longer approved. Because of that we will have the bar codes posted so you will see if its approved before you even step outside of the house. We hope all of you will join us on this delicious journey.
