Beef Enchilda with no sugars or bad oils or chemicals. Main ingredients Grass Fed Beef, Siete Tortilla shells and Siete Enchilada sauce

Equipment

  • 1 Pan to cook 1 pound of beef.
  • 1 Glass Rectangle Bowl To hold the enchiladas while cooking in oven

Ingredients

  • 1 spoon Beef Tallow, from Paleo Valley and Thrive.
  • 1 lb Grass Fed Beef - Simply Nature Available at Aldi's and Walmart
  • 1/4 cup Cal-Organic Shredded Carrots Available at Harris Teeter
  • 1/2 cup Simple Truth Organic Whole Baby Bella Mushrooms Available at Harris Teeter
  • 1 jar Siete Red or Green Enchilada sauce From Target, Thrive, Earth Fare and some Walmart's.
  • 3 sprinkles Organic Mexican Style Cheese - Available at Sprouts.. Organic Valley 3 Cheese - Available at Publix and Earth Fare. From Sprouts, Publix, and Earth Fare
  • 1 pack Siete Tortilla shells - Available in the freezer section of Walmart, Earth Fare or Thrive.

Instructions

1 spoon of Tallow to pan

  • cook ground beef
  • add carrots and mushrooms
  • Place frozen tortilla shells near pan to thaw out

In glass pan

  • Cover bottom with Siete sauce
  • Put tortilla shell into hamburger pan to soak both sides.
  • add ingredients from pan to shell
  • roll and place in glass pan
  • repeat until glass is full
  • Cover the rolled shells with rest of Siete enchilada sauce
  • add cheese to your liking
  • Place in Oven for 25 minutes
